So blessed

We are busy people!  But we are so lucky to be surrounded by family and friends.  I am so very blessed to have these beautiful children in my life with a good man who is a great father.  I am a lucky girl to be able to have so much joy and I am grateful to a loving heavenly father who knows me personally and is in my life every day. 

Supersad

"Wyatt, go take off that costume"... and this is what I got.  From superhero to super-sad in less than five seconds.  But luckily, we cheered him up by asking him to fly one last time.  These pictures do not do Wyatt's body justice.  It is pure heaven when this squishiness squeezes into these tights and briefs.  Wyatt you are my hero!

Snow Canyon State Park

We love camping.  It is our favorite thing to do as a family.  Cards, cooking out, and hiking.  It was amazing.  We headed to the dunes this year and what started with "Don't get sand in your hair" somehow turned into buried kids in the sand.  Whatever!  That's what showers are for,  right?  It was a great weekend getaway and I can't wait to go again! 

Coonskins Forever

Who doesn't love seeing their 10 year old baby boy in a coonskin cap??  Well, it was the 4th grade celebration of Utah and there were coonskin caps a plenty!  And just for your information, I did learn there are 29 counties in Utah State! (And I learned the song too!) Brock was a fur-trader and a trapper and he loved every minute of the public humiliation....  The program was adorable and I seriously can't believe I am going to have a 5th grader next year.  Nice work Brock... way to survive.

Pinewood Derby 2015

Wow that's a sweet looking car!!! Too bad it isn't fast!!  Well, us Felder's can make a sweet looking derby car, but speed isn't exactly our specialty.  After finishing 4th in every heat, Brock was ready to hit the road!!!  The derby was a lot of fun, just not for Brock.... :)  As we were driving home, he proceeds to tell me "Hey Mom, I'm not very good at making fast derby cars, but I'm pretty much awesome at everything else I do." That's my Bubba.  

Beach Trip

We hit the beach this spring after our big trip to Disney.  Lucky for us, we saw dolphins, seals, and  humpback whales.  We didn't want to leave...

The Reds- Baseball 2015

Watching Bub play baseball this year was so much fun.  It was his first year of pitching and he did so so so good!!!  When he wasn't pitching, he played first base and he is a great first baseman.  He even had a few home-runs this year!!  He was at least a foot taller than every other boy on the team but he was the cutest.  Way to go Bubba!

Last Ballet Concert

Paige retired as a ballet dancer... actually, Paige has decided to be done with dance... FOREVER.  Yes, this day has finally come.  She is moving on and "wants to play sports now" is what she said... We loved dance but are ready to move on!! :)  Woo hoo!!!

Paigey turns 8!!!

This little girl is big.  8 years old!  I can't believe it.  This little sassy girl born one day after me!!  Well we partied hard... her Aunt Carlotta took all the kids to the Kidventure Challenge for Paige's birthday and they had a blast.  It was about 5 degrees outside, but they didn't care!!!  Zip line, giant water slide, ropes course... it was amazing.  Then a family party and a kid party!  By the end of the weekend, we were partied out!!!  We are so excited, because Paige has chosen to be baptized!!  She got a beautiful white dress for this special occasion and we can't wait for that special day!!!  Paige is one of a kind... sweet, sporty, and silly!!  Love this girl.
