Randomness

So while it is sheer madness during volleyball season, here are a few small tidbits of what else is going on.  We went out to Staheli Farm and ate dinner and rode the rides.   The animals were awesome... note, the one picture with a goat.  The next pics are of Chris's family supporting the DSU volleyball team at the games.  The are awesome supporters and I am so lucky to have them.  When I was in Seattle, Linda took Paigey and her cousins camping and they had a blast.  Girls only!  And lastly, Wyatt thinking he is hilarious by putting bows in his hair... note the awesome smile again.  We are busy, we are together as a family a lot, and we are so blessed!

Seattle Preseason

So my team just happened to play in Seattle this year, only one sweet hour from my sissy's house!!  We were treated to an amazing meal from my sister and my parents at Kristin's house.  It was awesome!  My volleyball girls roamed her pasture and checked out her cows!  Yehaw!  Then we were able to see each other all weekend... but not enough!  I had to coach!!  It was almost torture seeing them up in the stands and not being able to hang with them!!!  But we did manage to eat with them at the Spaghetti Company and get our visit on.  I am so grateful to have such an amazing sister that I adore-- and her amazing husband and girls.  They are just the best!!!

Old Man Rivers

That guy is pushing 40 and you would never guess... well, maybe the gray hair is a giveaway!!  Chris turned... gasp... 38 this year!!!  Happy Birthday Daddy!  We celebrated by getting away to Cedar and having a romantic night away (no details).  I am so grateful for this man in my life.  He is honestly the funnest person and my most loyal friend.  Love this guy.

A Smiley 4th Birthday

Smiles?  You got em'.  Especially on this guy's 4th birthday.  That smile is a humdinger baby!  Wyatt was priceless on his big day... every present got the same reaction... pure joy... mouth open in surprise... hilarious.  Wyatt had party after party to celebrate his day of birth and we eventually all ended up seeing How to Train Your Dragon.  Super heroes, Ninja Turtles, and candy, pretty much wrapped up his wish list and he was spoiled rotten.  Love this guy... seriously.

Celebrities

A few weeks ago, we were featured on a sports broadcast.   I actually didn't start sweating everywhere, so it was a major bonus! We think we're pretty much celebrities now, and are constantly being photographed and asked for autographs.  Whew!  The life of a celebrity.... JK

Wy Guy's 1st day

I can't believe my baby is getting so big!  He headed to his first day of 4/5 year old preschool and was just so big.  "Later Mom!"  If you can believe these pictures, he is actually trying to smile in them... more to come later... ya, we are loving this smile right now :)

First Day of School

Okay, so I'm a little behind!!  Today is the day and I am catching up!!!!  So here are the pics of my kiddos first day at Riverside.  They were a little nervous for the new school and all, but ended up loving it!  Brock just looks so long and tall and Paigey, my baby girl, no longer looks like a baby!  She has leaned right out this year with those long, skinny legs.  Paige has Mrs. Decker (our Bishop's wife :) and Brock's teacher is Mr. Blumel.  Both teachers are awesome and we are so lucky!!!!  Go Redhawks!
