Christmas 2013

Santa came to the Felders!!! Woohoo!!!!  The kids were up at 6:30 bouncing off the walls for Santa!!!  Brock was delighted to find a motorized scooter, Paige a Furby, and Wyatt a big wheel.  Then we headed to Grandma Linda's house for a big Christmas breakfast!! YUM!!  Aunt Kristin has been in town for the holidays, so it has been a busy one!!  We have been go-go-go, so it felt good to lay around a bit on Christmas, and watch the kids enjoy their toys!!  Then we headed to Grandma and Papa's house for Christmas dinner and games.  WHEW!! I'm pooped!! Merry Christmas!!  We are so blessed.

Ready for Santa

Took some pics of the kids on Sunday before Christmas.  Adorable.  Church was absolutey amazing.  I felt the spirit so strongly... it was just what I needed to put the season in perspective!!  Then of course, my kiddos on Christmas Eve, in their new jammies!!!  They are ready for Santa!!!!!

Christmas Events

We took the kids shopping with their gift cards to Wal-Mart the day before Christmas... what were we thinking???  They had a blast shopping together and we managed to maneuver the shopping carts among 3 million people.   Then we had the family talent show.  Paige sang a beautiful song, Wyatt danced, and Chris and I did a little skit.  The kids then decorated cookies for Santa and we got ready for our Secret Santa deliveries.  We had some great families we adopted this year and it was great to get the kids involved in giving to others.  Last but not least, Elder Colton Thomas, my nephew, got to skype his family from West Virginia!!  The family all loaded in the office to skype Colton and hear how he is doing.  It sounds like he is having a great time and learning a lot.  We sure miss him though!!!

Sonju Christmas Party

We had a blast exchanging gifts with the Sonju clan.  Our new tradition is gag gift and gift cards.  It is hilarious.  I have to say there were way too many dirty swim suits, sports bras, lingerie, and underwear from the DI.

The best gift came from my parents.  They had a bunch of our old home movies downloaded onto a DVD for us kids.  We all sat around watching home movies of each other and cracking up at how goofy we looked.  It was especially fun to see Grandma and Papa as a young couple.  They were absolutely gorgeous!!  What a great present!!

Paige's Christmas Program

Paige had her 1st grade Christmas program and she did great!!  Not only is she the tallest girl in the group, but the cutest too!!!  Her and her friend Maiann wanted to be twinners and I think they did a pretty good job!! She was a singing and dancing machine!!  Way to go Paigey!!

Just HANGING out

These are just a few pics of us hanging out.  We have been doing basketball games a lot and getting ready for Christmas.  We also had the Sonju girls over for movies and games.  It was a blast and the kids sure love having cousins over.
