JOY

This right here is heaven on earth.  My family camping up in Jacob Lake is pure JOY.  This was our "eating rice krispy treats out of the bowl" night.  We played lots of games together.  We hiked to the lodge and had milkshakes.  We rode bikes.  We cooked amazing meals.  We spent QUALITY time as a family.  These 3 days are the best days of the summer so far.  What a blast.

Summer Games

Had a blast at Summer Games this year.  We played a lot of youngsters!! Can't say that I was in my best volleyball shape, but I survived!  My team was awesome, we took the Bronze.  My daughter got to  give the medals to the gold winners, so she was in heaven.  We are lucky girls.

WIfe of the Year

I'm working hard for wife of the year... I took my man to Six Flags.  I almost died.  Seriously.  Those rides are SCARY.  No, TERRIFYING.  Thank goodness we brought Chris's brother Ben, so those two could go off and ride while I sat and relaxed. (barfed)  There were NO lines, so we walked into ride after ride.  Chris was in heaven.  Oh, and if you're wondering who that guy is in the picture with us, it's only our favorite UFC fighter Junior Dos Santos!!!!!!!!!!!!  We kept watching him to be sure it was him, okay, we stalked him.  Then, we waited for the perfect moment to casually go up and say hi.  Ok, I freaked out and told him he was my favorite fighter.  2 pictures later and we're pretty much BEST FRIENDS!!  That was awesome!!!  We had a great trip- and lived to tell the tale!!!

This Guy

This guy is adorable.  Seriously.  Wyatt is so much fun.  He's big, squishy, and naughty.  He's emotional.  He's fast.  He talks... a lot.  He likes to call everything "disgusting".  He runs wherever he goes.  He is really trying to wear unders.  He loves pillow fights and chocolate milk.  He eats... a lot.  He is the reason I smile so much... he is my baby.  I love this guy.

Topping his surprise

Chris surprised me and  took me to Brian Regan for my birthday!!!  What could be better???

So....  to top him, I had my bestie make his favorite cookies.  I'm sure you can tell by his reaction who liked their surprise better!!

Firemen Rock!!

A spring field trip to the firehouse for the kindergarden class!  Woo hoo!!  All those cute little kindergardeners spraying the giant hose--- what could be better????  We are so lucky to have our firemen so close!!!

Girls will be Girls

This spring I had some time with my girls!!  Nisi, Tara and myself are the Bachelorette loving, snacking mamas!!  We love to get together and watch the Bach and talk it out.  Love these girls.  Then there is my sis.  We headed to Richfield with my hubby and parents to see Colton go through the temple.  The best part is that we sang 80's and 90's rap songs the whole way home (a good 2-3 hours)... sorry Chris.  We had a blast laughing and reciting all those amazing songs with ridiculous lyrics!  An finally my favorite girl Paige. I took her and her 2 friends for a little girl time.  We had a blast eating ice-cream and buying matching shirts for all.  GIRLS RULE!!

Family Time

This is one of my favorite things to do with my family.  We head to the Red Rock and hike around.  Chris, Brock, and Paige head for the high hills and I take Wyatt and try to run him out!!!  (impossible)

Baller

My boy played basketball this Spring... ya I know it's summer.  I just figured out how to work my iphone!!!  Had a blast watching my big guy figure out how to dribble, shoot, and dunk.  He also was quite the gentleman, and gave the girls a chance to dribble too.  Can't wait to keep watching him get bigger and better!!
