Brock's Flag Football Year

Well, another year of playing football with his cousin Huddy was a complete success!!  Anytime these boys can play together is a good time!!!  The team had a great year, not as successful during season, but we peaked and just the right time and lost in the semi-finals.  Brock is just a natural on the field.  He can run, catch, and pull some freakin' flags!!!  He looks like a 12 year old out there but he is still just a sweet boy with a big heart.  Way to go Bubba!!  You are the man.

Hawaiian Delight

The Hawaii trip with the volleyball team was amazing this year.  While I HATED to leave my family so long, it really was a very unique and unforgettable experience.  The team played great.  We went 3-1 but got SMASHED by BYU.  The game was televised, so my family was thrilled to see me on TV... unfortunately not very happy!  One our day off, we were able to hit the beach, go see Pearl Harbor, and go to the Polynesian Cultural Center to eat the buffet and watch a night show.  It was amazing.  What a great trip!

Tail-Gate Party

We have had a blast this year at the tail gate parties for the football team.  The kids have climbed the rock wall, bounce house, face painting, and free food!!  We are so lucky to have such great opportunities around us.  The kids had a blast!

Randomness

So while it is sheer madness during volleyball season, here are a few small tidbits of what else is going on.  We went out to Staheli Farm and ate dinner and rode the rides.   The animals were awesome... note, the one picture with a goat.  The next pics are of Chris's family supporting the DSU volleyball team at the games.  The are awesome supporters and I am so lucky to have them.  When I was in Seattle, Linda took Paigey and her cousins camping and they had a blast.  Girls only!  And lastly, Wyatt thinking he is hilarious by putting bows in his hair... note the awesome smile again.  We are busy, we are together as a family a lot, and we are so blessed!

Seattle Preseason

So my team just happened to play in Seattle this year, only one sweet hour from my sissy's house!!  We were treated to an amazing meal from my sister and my parents at Kristin's house.  It was awesome!  My volleyball girls roamed her pasture and checked out her cows!  Yehaw!  Then we were able to see each other all weekend... but not enough!  I had to coach!!  It was almost torture seeing them up in the stands and not being able to hang with them!!!  But we did manage to eat with them at the Spaghetti Company and get our visit on.  I am so grateful to have such an amazing sister that I adore-- and her amazing husband and girls.  They are just the best!!!
