So we loaded up the peeps and headed to the lake, courtesy of Papa's boat. The boat ran great, and let's just leave it at that. The floatation tube is another story completely. It was a nightmare... seriously. First to blow it up-- ridiculous. It was warped, twisted, you name it. Then trying to deflate it was even worse. I made Huddy and Brock haul the water soaked thing up a HUMONGOUS hill and it just got worse by the minute. I ended up having to get inside the tube... literally... to pull the plug... and then haul my large body out. Tube aside, the lake was awesome, minus the giant Pokies and the dead fish. Ok, maybe the trip was a little shady, but the company was great!!! Thanks DAD!! :)

End of Season Baseball
Paige's season of baseball ended just in time! Can you tell it was starting to get hot from the red cheeks??? She had a great year and a ton of fun. The team was loaded with neighborhood kids so the cheering section was a fiesta of ward members and friends. The coaches were adorable with the kids so it was just a great year! Way to go Paigey!

1st days of Summer
Bring on the heat... and then bring on the pools! First 2 days of summer and I'm pretty much water-logged. We got together with the Morby's to swim the day school got out, and then just today, we splashed it up with our neighbors. The kids are pooped, I am hungry. That sounds about right.
(As you can see, we are still working on Wyatt's smiles)
Panorama Achiever
Paige was one of five 1st graders to earn the panorama achiever award. She had to complete a list of things and worked hard all year to ear it. We are so so proud. She is our little smartypants. There she is with her buddy Connor. We are hoping for a double wedding of Paige and Connor and Wyatt and Sammie. It's not looking too promising though. Connor never wants to play with Paige anymore- he wants to do "boy" things, and Wyatt is constantly telling Sammie she can't do things because it's "only for boys!" We will see.
What we've been up to
We got away last weekend for some couples time! We went and played pickleball and then rode our cruisers! It was so fun to just be with Chris- I seriously love this guy. We always have so much fun together. Like the first time we met, it is just so easy to be with him. While we were away, Hannah took our kids to the Wildlife Museum. Later, Grandma Linda came over and her and Brock did puzzles. I'm happy to say, that I put 1 piece of a 500 piece puzzle together, thank you very much! I don't have the patience or the will to do puzzles more than 12 pieces. Such a great memory for Brock to have with his grandmother. What a day!
Hip Hop-Don't Stop
These girls are too cute. It was the end of year recital for hip-hop and these two little first graders in the 3rd-5th grade hip hop class were awesome!! It was so fun to watch these little munchkins break dance, do the worm, and shake their booties!!! Way to go Paigey!!
