SUVA 2016

This year coaching SUVA was one of my absolute favorites.  I got to coach Halle's team this year and it was so fun to hang with the Sonju's (and sleep 19 of us in a room!)  My club girls were obsessed with the BYU Men's Volleyball team, so we got to go catch a few games while we were in Salt Lake playing.  And lucky little Paigey and Grandma Gi got to come with us and enjoy in the babe watching! :)

We ended up winning our regional and having a great time in Reno for our first National Tournament.  And a pickleball tournament to add to the fun! Seriously, this year was the best! :) 

Family Get-a-way

 We seriously had the best time ever at Brianhead!  We bid on a condo at a scholarship auction and won! (We had to fight to the death against Judkins!)  So we loaded up for a two night stay in Brianhead.  The condo was amazing!  Tons of games, cooking, and no electronics! :)  Can you say warm cookies and milk every night???  And cinnamon rolls for breakfast! :) 

We had the tubing hill pretty much to ourselves and had a blast! We raced and raced over and over again! And what trip isn't complete without a picture with a deerhead?  I always enjoy getting away with the family and just getting back to what is most important to us!  Each other! 

Basketball Mama

Paige seriously has skills to pay da bills.  She was a stud in basketball year.  Paige is a natural athlete and just "gets it".  She is aggressive, physical, and is fearless.  She pretty much dominated 8-10 year old basketball as an 8 year old.  And all this wearing turquoise and pink spankies and pink high tops! 

  Can't wait to watch her continue to develop.  She is so fun to watch! 

My Life

These kids are my pride and joy.  I adore them, I really do.  Brock is 11 now and smarter than me!  His foot is a men's 11, he weighs 125 pounds, and is still the kind hearted Bubba we know and love.  He is an amazing athlete and really coming into his own on the basketball court.  BEAST!   Paige is turning into quite the actress/athlete.  Her voice is amazing and she loves to sing.  She also is quite the beast on the basketball court and volleyball court.  She has the heart of a lion.  Wyatt is still the clown of the family.  He always is making funny faces or making weird noises.  His spirit just radiates throughout the house.  He loves to play sports, swim, and eat treats.

My children are kind, thoughtful, and loving.  I am so lucky to be their mother. 

Christmas 2015

Another Christmas survived!  This year seemed especially special!  We did the annual cookie decorating and talent show.  Then our favorite Secret Santa drop later that night! This year was especially scary as the house involved a scary, dark road, and some noisy dogs and trash cans! Needless to say, we escaped and Secret Santa survived!  The kids had a great Christmas filled with lots of love and toys.  The kids are starting to shop for each other and make gifts for each other at school, so that is especially sweet to see.  They love to give each other their gifts.  We are so very blessed and I feel so grateful to have so many wonderful friends and family.
