Christmas at the Rest Home

We went to the Rest Home with our neighbors to sing and dance for the elderly.  Our neighbors, the Farnsworth's are very musical, so they put on quite a performance!  Paige sang and danced-- she was quite the performer... she even sang a solo of "I Stand all Amazed."  It was amazing.  Brock and Wyatt joined in the fun with a rousing rendition of Jingle Bells... they are not too musical!! :)  It was so much fun and a great chance to do service.

Paige's 2nd Grade Program

It's been so fun this year to help in Paige's class.  She has the cutest class and the BEST teacher ever... seriously Mrs. Decker is amazing.  This was Paige when Elsa and Anna came to visit the class-- so cute. Then Paige in her 2nd grade Christmas program.  She was the best singer out there!!  Finally, a pic of Paige's cute class with their holiday antlers!  It has been such a great 2nd grade year.

Tree Hunt

So we headed up the Canyon to pick out a Christmas tree!  We caravanned with my brother and finally found the perfect spot... too bad it was on someone else's land... OOPS!!  Luckily, Leslye talked our way out of it and we scored some sweet trees!!  The kids had a blast in the snow in their ghetto snow clothes-- you can't tell, but Bubba had on Chris's size 13 boots so that he could stay warm!!!  Classy we know.  We seriously had so much fun and love this tradition!! Can't wait for Christmas!  

Dicken's Festival

Another fantastic performance by Paigey Poo dancing at the Dicken's Festival!!  She is taking ballet this year and is still one of the tallest in the 3rd-5th grade group she is dancing with! Holy legs!   Her and Grace are still the bestest of friends so it is so fun to have them growing up together and dancing their tootsies off!

Mom and Dad's Big Day

Mom and Dad's 50 year Anniversary!!!!! Woo HOOOOO!!!!! What an amazing day!  Seriously!!!! 50 years??????????  So we had a big party for them with all their friends!!!  Our childhood friends, the Stewarts, showed up, and I was able to see my longtime best friend Shelby!!!  My sister came into town with her family for the big event too, so that made it even BETTER!!!! :) So lucky to have family so close and so mad my nieces and daughter took about a million SELFIES with my phone when I wasn't looking!!!

Coolest Homecoming Ever

 This was honestly the coolest homecoming ever.....  We had just arrived back from the NCAA's to find this sweet surprise waiting for us in the parking lot.  So much support and so many wonderful people there to congratulate us.  It really was quite a magical weekend.  First beating Northwest Nazarene at their place in front of 1,200 people, then knocking off our rivals BYU Hawaii.  There couldn't have been a better ending.... (scratch that... beating Sonoma State would have been better!!)  A great season and a very deserving group of girls.  So cool.  And let me give a shout out to the best husband/superdad in the world for a brilliant season of fathering.  He can legit put Paige's hair in a pony tail and curl it.  (Dad of the year???) He is amazing!!!!!!  Love you BABE!!
